This course will impart a solid grounding in urban economics as a part of applied microeconomics after studying public economics. The urban economics analyzes cities and studies reasons for buildings' height, agglomeration of city, etc.

授業の目標
|
|
This course considers the formation and change, housing, and overall problems of cities with microeconomics theory. This course’s objective is to train students to analyze the problems of cities.
|

The evaluation criteria of this class refers to the following points.
・Students can understand and explain public goods and urban policies.
・Students can understand a way of thinking and techniques of urban economics based on microeconomics theory.
・Students have a problem-oriented consciousness and can understand the social issues based on microeconomics theory.

Grade will be decided holistically as below, based on the following terms/rates.
「S(Academic achievement 90%~100%)」,「A(80% or more, less than90%)」,
「B(70% or more, less than80%)」, and「C(60% or more, less than70%)」 are indicators of passing,
「不可(less than 60%)」is an indicator of failure.(Standard rating method)
